1. Why do we need to make anti-fake filter element
First, as the brand of water purifier, reputation and reputation are undoubtedly one of the most important factors for enterprises. How big and how far the enterprise can go. The water quality of the water purifier is determined by the filter element. When replacing the filter element for the water purifier, customers or dealers are likely to choose a low-cost third-party filter element, which will reduce the water quality of the water purifier and affect the reputation.
Second, the water purifier itself has a long service life, and the filter element is a consumable. The sales and profit of the enterprise on the filter element will be higher than that of the water purifier. Anti-counterfeiting of the filter element can protect the profit of the enterprise in this part, without being eaten by a third party.
2. Anti-counterfeit scheme of water purifier filter element based on NFC label
As shown in the figure below, the NFC identification module is connected to the main board of the water purifier to realize the anti-fake function of the filter element.
NFC module: XELC-STD335TI
3. Workflow:
Install the filter element, make sure there is no water leakage during commissioning, and ensure the installation is stable;
Brush in the NFC label. If the NFC label is legal and not used, the NFC module sends the license information to the motherboard;
The water purifier can work normally.
If the NFC label is illegal or other third-party filter elements are replaced, the motherboard will not allow the water dispenser to work.
4. Anti-counterfeit security and non-replicability
Commonly used anti-counterfeit labels include: Mifare one Ultralight I-code. The following three types of labels will be explained separately:
A. Mifare one, representing the S50 of chip NXP, F08 of Fudan Micro, and D50 of Daoyuan. The latter two are domestic chips with high cost performance, but both belong to the same type of chips with the same operating principle and operating instructions. They can be used universally without changing the card reader. Key points: The success rate of violent cracking of this type of card in the case of encryption is up to 90%, and there are duplicate IC cards with variable UID on the market, which can be used to confuse fake cards with real ones. Use this kind of tag to enhance anti-counterfeiting mode: change the communication carrier frequency, which is a serious frequency deviation of the tag, so that the general card reader cannot communicate with it. Only use a special card reader with the same frequency deviation can communicate with it.
B. UltraLight represents NXP Ntag213 and Fudan F11. Features of this type of tag: there is no scheme that can be cracked by force, and there is no tag with variable UID, and the number of password error attempts can be set after the tag is encrypted, up to 7 times. After the password attempt exceeds the limit, the encrypted part of the label will be locked, and even if there is a correct password, it cannot be read and modified.
C. I-CODE, data ISO15693 protocol label, this protocol is designed for the long distance in high frequency RFID, without in-depth design in encryption. It is used in many library management scenarios, and is not very applicable in anti-counterfeiting applications (it may also be that I have a shallow knowledge and failed to detect it). Moreover, there are few such tag readers. Many video ICs with price advantages do not support the ISO15693 protocol, so they are not considered.
5. Scenario
This set of anti-counterfeiting scheme is not only applicable to the filter element of water purifier and water dispenser, but also very suitable for the anti-counterfeiting application of printer toner cartridge, inkjet printer ink cartridge, electric toothbrush brush head, etc.
